You can indeed!
You can change the date of your next scheduled subscription instalment at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Subscriptions link at the top of the page
- On the main subscription page you'll see details of your next scheduled order at the top of the page. Click the Reschedule button
- A pop-up will offer you options to delay by 1 week, 2 weeks, or pick a specific date
- Select the option that suits and then click Save changes to submit
The main subscriptions page will only show your next upcoming order on the front page, if you have multiple subscriptions and need to amend a different one, here's how:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscription page, click the Manage subscriptions tab on the right
- On the Subscriptions page you'll see a list of all your active and inactive subscriptions, click the one you wish to reschedule
- On the page for your chosen subscription, click the Reschedule button
- A pop-up will offer you options to delay by 1 week, 2 weeks, or pick a specific date
- Select the option that suits and then click Save changes to submit
Please note that In My Mug is only roasted and shipped on Fridays, any orders raised earlier in the week will be carried over to the next available Friday roast day.
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please message us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
