You can indeed!
You can change the date of your next scheduled subscription instalment at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Subscriptions link at the top of the page
- On the main subscription page you'll see details of your next scheduled order at the top of the page. Click the Raise order now button
- A pop-up will ask you to double check and confirm whether you'd like an order raising immediately, click Raise this order now to submit
- Voila, your next subscription order will be processed on your account to be roasted and posted the next working day. Following orders will run on your usual schedule going forwards from that date
Please note that In My Mug runs on a set schedule and is only roasted and shipped on Fridays. Any orders raised earlier in the week will be carried over to the next available Friday roast day.
