Customers must sign up to My Ozone Rewards at least 24 hours in advance and birthday vouchers are only valid for customers who have visited once or more since signing up.
We'll send you an email containing your free coffee voucher on the day :) Each birthday voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed in person at any of our cafes for a free regular barista-made drink (including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and iced drinks - including dairy-free milk alternatives). Simply show your voucher code to the staff member on till when ordering to redeem.
Ozone reserve the right to ask for proof of date of birth when redeeming in store.
