We have heard from some customers that old cookies can sometimes stop the Rewards page from displaying correctly - the page will prompt you to log in again, despite already being logged in. Easy to rectify though, there's a couple possible ways to fix the issue:
- Log out of the website
Delete all browser data associated with ozonecoffee.co.uk and Shopify
Log bag in
The page should now display as intended - Open an incognito/private browser window
Log in to the website from there
The page should now display as intended
