Don't worry, we'll make sure your coffee goes out as close as possible to the usual schedule :)
If your normal order day falls on a holiday when the roastery will be closed (e.g. Christmas or bank holidays) then we'll always move it forwards to the closest available working day to avoid delays.
For example, Boxing Day 2025 fell on a Friday so the roastery was closed when In My Mug would normally ship. That week's coffee was moved forward to December 23rd as the closest possible working day.
You don't need to do anything, we will manually adjust all impacted subscriptions ahead of the scheduled date. If you have any questions about your subscription please send us a message and we'll be able to advise.
