You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account
- Click on the Subscriptions link in the menu at the top of your Account page
- On the main subscriptions page, click Manage subscriptions tab on the right of the page to see a list of all your active subscriptions
- Click "Manage this subscription" on the subscription that you wish to update
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Cancel subscription
- A pop-up will offer options for pausing your subscription instead in case you just need to take a break from deliveries, if you definitely need a full cancellation click Cancel subscription
- Select the reason for your cancellation from the options and click Next
- On the final page you can enter any comments about why you're choosing to cancel your subscription (this helps us improve things for you in future!) and click Cancel subscription to complete the process
If you have any open orders on your account these will not be affected by cancelling your subscription going forwards. If you also wish to cancel any paid-for orders that have not yet shipped then please also email us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk in addition to the steps above, as this will require a human touch to stop the order and arrange a refund where possible.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but please only sign up for a subscription if you require the agreed-upon repeat order arrangement. Repeat placement and cancellation of subscription orders without genuine intent to maintain a subscription constitutes a violation of our subscription service.
