Sorry to see you go!
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account
- Click on the Subscriptions link in the menu at the top of your Account page
- On the main subscriptions page, click Manage subscriptions tab on the right of the page to see a list of all your active subscriptions
- Click "Manage this subscription" on the subscription that you wish to update
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Cancel subscription
- A pop-up will offer options for pausing your subscription instead in case you just need to take a break from deliveries, if you definitely need a full cancellation click Cancel subscription
- Select the reason for your cancellation from the options and click Next
- On the final page you can enter any comments about why you're choosing to cancel your subscription (this helps us improve things for you in future!) and click Cancel subscription to complete the process
Please note that if you have any open orders on your account these will not be affected by cancelling your subscription going forwards. If you also wish to cancel any paid-for orders that have not yet shipped then please also email us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk in addition to the steps above, as this will require a human touch to stop the order and arrange a refund where possible.
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please message us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
