You can indeed!
You can update your shipping information at any time via your account on the online shop. Subscription addresses are managed separately to the saved addresses on your main account. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Subscriptions link at the top of the page
- On the main subscriptions page, click Address & Payment details tab on the right of the page
- On your details page, click Manage Addresses to view your subscription shipping addresses. If you have multiple subscriptions shipping to multiple locations these will be displayed separately
- To update a shipping address, click on the Edit button, enter your new address in the pop-up form, then click Save changes
- Please note that updating your address will not impact any orders that have already been raised. If you also need to amend an order that has already gone through please contact us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk
