Can I change the grind on my subscription?

You can indeed!

You can update the grind setting on your subscription at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:

1. Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Subscriptions link at the top of the page
2. On the main subscriptions page, click Manage subscriptions tab on the right of the page to see a list of all your active subscriptions
3. Click the subscription that you wish to update
4. On the subscription details page, click the Grind or green dropdown menu to select your new grind option
5. Click Save changes to save
