You can access your My Ozone Rewards account by logging into your account on the website at https://ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and then clicking on the Rewards link at the top of the main Account page.
From there you'll be able to see:
- Your current point total
- Any rewards you've already redeemed
- Options for rewards to redeem
- The link to add Ozone Rewards to your Apple or Google Wallet for in-person use
- Your points activity to date
To spend your points on a reward click the Redeem button underneath the reward of your choice. This will generate a unique discount code for your selected reward.
To use a reward code on the online shop simply enter your chosen code in the discount code box during checkout to apply to your order:
Reward codes can't be applied directly to upcoming subscription orders via the customer portal. If you would like to use your reward code on a subscription order then please drop us a quick message at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk with your code and we can pop it on for you.
